We are honored to have Ms. Trinh Nguyen join us on air, as a speaker for Leader as Talks!

Ms. Trinh Nguyen is the Hub & People Manager at Mantu, where she leads people-focused initiatives to boost engagement and drive sustainable growth. Her career began in Japan and, since returning to Vietnam in 2018, she has contributed to international tech companies across environments from Norway to Switzerland. She has held leadership roles in talent management, talent acquisition, and now shapes hub strategy for Mantu Vietnam.

She holds a Master’s in Business Psychology from UCL (UK) and a Bachelor from FTU (Vietnam). She continues to expand her expertise with certifications like SHRM-SCP and recent leadership training at the Institute of Potential Leaders (IPL) - full scholarship from PACE School.

She is passionate about organizational psychology and workplace wellbeing, guided by the belief that thriving businesses begin with happy, engaged people. That’s why we are honored to welcome Ms.Trinh Nguyen to join our upcoming Leader Talks: “Inclusive Leadership: Fostering Diversity and Equity in Tech Workplace.”
